Welcome to PhoneLeadPro’s Terms of Service. Please read this carefully before using our site, services, or products. This is a contract between you and PWRS Digital LLC (“PhoneLeadPro,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”), a California LLC.

1. Accepting the Terms of Service

By using any of our websites, apps, or by registering with PhoneLeadPro, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).
These Terms constitute a legal contract between you, the authorized representative legally binding a single company, organization, or entity (“you” or “Member”) and PWRS Digital LLC regarding your use of the Service. This Agreement includes our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or terms agreed upon at the point of sale. In the event of a conflict, point-of-sale terms will control.
We may modify these Terms at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated via our website, app, or other forms. Your continued use of the Services implies acceptance of the Updated Terms.

2. Services and Eligibility

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. You are not permitted to sub-license or resell the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our Services at any time. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Membership

Create an Account as a “Member” with a username and password.
You may sign up for a paid “Subscription” online.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and for all activities under your Account.
Ensure all information provided is accurate and updated.

4. Billing

Provide one or more Payment Methods for using the Services. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your Account. You are responsible for any uncollected amounts.
We reserve the right to change subscription plans or pricing. Any changes will take effect following notice to you.
Eligible for a refund if not satisfied within the first 30-day billing period. No refunds for partially used billing periods after this.

5. Term and Termination

Subscriptions start on the Installation Date and continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated.
Cancel your subscription before renewal to avoid billing for the next cycle.
We may terminate or suspend your Account at our discretion. Termination for cause will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Proprietary Rights and Confidentiality

PWRS Digital LLC retains all proprietary rights in our website, app, and Services.
No rights are granted to you beyond using the Services.

7. Communication and Notices

By becoming a Member, you consent to receive communications from us.
Opt-out options are available in your Account Settings.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is part of this Agreement.

9. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation on Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the service during the term of membership.

11. Arbitration and Governing Law

Disputes resolved through arbitration or small-claims court.
Governing Law: State of Delaware.

12. Indemnity by You

You agree to indemnify PWRS Digital LLC against any claims arising from your use of the Services.

13. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the use of our Services.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of electronic communications from us.
Ideas submitted to us are done without expectation of additional consideration.
